Reporting content

If you come across an inappropriate idea or comment, there are two routes:

In the app: tap the three-dot menu on the post → Report. Pick a reason and send.
By email: write to ongorunet@gmail.com with a screenshot and a short description.

We review reports within 24 hours and take action where needed.

Blocking a user

To stop seeing a specific person's content, tap their username and choose Block. A blocked user's ideas and comments will no longer appear for you. You can undo this any time from Profile > Blocked Users.

Deleting your account and data

To delete your account and everything attached to it:

Open the app
Go to the Profile tab
Tap Delete My Account and confirm the dialog

Deletion is irreversible. The following is permanently removed:

Your hashed device ID and username
Every idea and comment you posted
Your votes and saved items
Your podcast listening history and progress

If you can no longer install the app or have lost access to the device, email your deletion request to ongorunet@gmail.com and we will process it within 30 days.

Because accounts are anonymous and hold no email address, we cannot verify by email which account belongs to you. Deleting from inside the app is always the fastest and most reliable route.

Data requests (GDPR / KVKK)

To access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, write to the email address above. We respond within 30 days.

Technical problems

If something is broken, including these details in your email helps a lot:

Device model and OS version
App version (Profile > About)
Step-by-step description of the problem
A screenshot or screen recording if possible
