Terms of Use
By using the Next Million Dollar Idea app and website (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Next Million Dollar Idea is a platform where people anonymously share startup ideas, vote on them, comment on them, and listen to related podcasts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between 13 and 18 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Accounts created by misrepresenting your age may be closed.
3. Accounts and anonymity
The Service uses an anonymous device-based identity and does not collect an email address or password. You are responsible for the identity assigned to your device. If you hand your device to someone else, you remain responsible for any misuse of that account.
4. Your content
"User Content" means the ideas, comments, votes and other submissions you post. You keep the rights to your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, display and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
4.1 Prohibited content
The following is strictly forbidden and will not be published:
- Hate speech, racism, sexism or discrimination
- Harassment, bullying or threats
- Pornography, sexual content involving minors, or anything that endangers children
- Violence, terrorist propaganda or encouragement of illegal activity
- Defamation, insults or violation of personal rights
- Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property
- Sharing another person's private information ("doxxing")
- Spam, deceptive marketing, fraud or links to malware
- Promotion of illegal goods or services
4.2 Pre-moderation
Every idea and comment is reviewed by a human before it is published. Content that fails review is rejected. Review is normally completed within 24 hours.
4.3 Your responsibility
You represent that your User Content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are solely liable for any legal consequences arising from it.
5. Prohibited conduct
While using the Service you must not:
- Use the API without permission, scrape the Service, or run bots or automation against it
- Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app
- Probe or exploit security vulnerabilities (we run no bug bounty; please contact us for responsible disclosure)
- Inflate vote counts artificially, including via multiple devices
- Impersonate another user
- Send spam or post in bulk
6. Moderation and enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Reject or remove content
- Suspend or permanently ban a user
- Cooperate with law enforcement where a violation requires it

7. Reporting and blocking
If you encounter inappropriate content, use the Report option in the app. We review reports within 24 hours. To stop seeing a specific user's content entirely, use Block.
8. Intellectual property
The Next Million Dollar Idea name, logo, design and source code belong to the developer and may not be used without permission beyond ordinary personal use of the Service.
9. Podcasts
Podcasts offered inside the app belong to their respective owners or our licensing partners. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial listening only; you may not record or redistribute them.
10. Ideas are not advice
Ideas posted by users are opinions, not investment, business, legal or financial advice. We do not verify that any idea is original, viable, or free of third-party rights. Any decision you make based on content in the Service is entirely your own.
11. Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the developer against claims arising from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
17. Termination
Your account may be suspended or closed if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account via Profile > Delete My Account.
